Recitation

99 Clay Vessels Project is inspired by the 99 Names of God in Islam. The 99 Names are often recited by Muslims as a form of worship. In our storytelling retreats, Dr. Sabrina included this recitation in her playlist to greet and inspire participants. We wanted to include a recitation on the website for viewers to hear an example of a woman-led recitation. With many thanks to Ladies of Paradise & the Young Ummah Music Group, including Sakinah Rasheed, Imani Rasheed, Maryam Haiti Diaz, and the producer, Rashad Jabri. You can purchase the song on Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and other platforms.
